Roasted Cauliflower and Broccoli Bake
Serve as a delicious side dish or as a main with some freshly baked bread. Yummy!

Ingredients

head cauliflower
cut into florets

tbsp
olive oil

tsp
seasoned salt

sharp cheddar cheese
shredded (85g)

bunch scallions
sliced
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450F / 230C
Toss the cauliflower florets with the olive oil and sprinkle with the seasoned salt then tip onto a lined baking sheet.
Bake for around 30 minutes until browned and tender turning half way through.
Sprinkle with the cheddar cheese and bake for a further 5-7 minutes until melted and crispy.
Transfer to a serving platter and sprinkle with the sliced scallions.
