  • ½ cup peanut butter 125g
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup 85g
  • 1 cup rolled oats 90g
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips 85g
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil 15ml

Instructions

  • Mix peanut butter, honey, and oats until thick and sticky.
  • Press into a parchment-lined tray.
  • Melt chocolate and coconut oil together, then pour over the top.
  • Chill for 10–15 minutes until set, then slice into bars.
