Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400ºF / 200ºC degrees.
In a bowl mix together the hash brown potatoes, onion, salt, pepper, garlic, bacon and milk.
Transfer to a greased 9 inch pie dish.
Drizzle over the melted butter and sprinkle over the paprika.
Bake in the oven for 35 to 45 minutes until the potatoes are cooked through and golden brown.
Notes
Easily made vegan if using vegan broth.
