Dark chocolate Bounty Bites
A quick and easy no-bake dessert combining rich dark chocolate with fresh pomegranate seeds for a fresh and indulgent bite.

Ingredients

dark chocolate
chopped (340g)
1½
cups
pomegranate seeds
250g
2
oz
dark chocolate
chopped and melted separately (55g)
Instructions
Line a cupcake tin with paper liners.
Melt the chocolate and pour evenly between each cupcake liner.
Top with the pomegranate seeds and drizzle with the separate dark chocolate.
Refrigerate until set, then enjoy.
