Heat a little oil in a skillet and cook the onion and softened and golden. Add in the ground beef and cook until completely browned. Season with salt and pepper.
Drain any excess fat then add in the soup and bring to a boil. Add a little water if required.
Transfer to a 9 inch pie dish.
Sprinkle over the mozzarella cheese.
Top with the biscuits and bake to around 20 minutes until the biscuits are risen and golden and the meat mixture is bubbling.
