egg whites

whole egg

scoops vanilla protein powder
1
banana
mashed

cinnamon
Flavorless oil for cooking
Optional toppings: sliced banana, drizzle of syrup
Instructions
Whisk together the egg whites and whole egg, then mix in the protein powder.
Mash the banana and stir it into the egg mixture.
Add the cinnamon and mix until smooth.
Heat a little oil in a skillet over medium heat. Using a measuring cup, scoop up the batter and pour it into the hot skillet.
Cook for 2–3 minutes on one side, then flip once golden brown and cook the other side.
Serve warm with sliced banana and a drizzle of syrup.
