Ingredients

large ripe avocados

tablespoons
almond butter

tablespoons
coconut flakes
preferably unsweetened

pitted dates

vanilla extract

cocoa powder

A pinch of salt
Almond milk
if required
Instructions
Soak the dates in water until softened.
Once soft, place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little almond milk if the mixture is too thick.
Spoon or pipe into serving glasses then chill for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving.
