Pink Drink

159

This Pink Drink is light, creamy, and ready in five minutes. It feels like a treat but fits beautifully into everyday life. With only about 50 calories per serving, it is fresh, fruity, and totally satisfying. You can whip it up after dinner or blend it as a mid afternoon pick me up.

The secret is using unsweetened coconut milk and sugar free strawberry drink mix. The coconut milk adds silky texture without heaviness. Freeze dried strawberries boost the berry flavor and give it that gorgeous blush color. It tastes like a coffee shop favorite but made right in your own kitchen. Plus, you control every ingredient.

Serve it over extra ice for that classic chilled look. Add whipped topping and a fresh strawberry if you want something extra special. It is simple, fun, and completely crave worthy.
