Hot Chocolate and Marshmallows
My daughter says that this hot chocolate makes everything better and I have to agree.
Ingredients
- 600 ml whole milk
- 142 ml pot of double cream
- 100 gr chopped chocolate
Instructions
- Pour all the ingredients into a pan and gently bring to the boil whilst whisking until smooth.
- Pour into glasses then spray on squirting cream, top with marshmallows and either drizzle chocolate sauce or grate a little more chocolate on top.
