Equipment
- Baking Sheet
- microwave safe bowl or saucepan
- small jug
- Spatula
Ingredients
- 1 lb vanilla flavor candy coating 450g
- 9 gingersnap cookies approx. depending on the size
- ½ cup gumdrops 80g
- 3 tablespoons chopped crystallized ginger
- Sprinkles optional
Instructions
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the candy coating, reserve one cup in a small jug. Spread the rest in a rectangle on the baking sheet.
- Place the cookies one inch apart on the candy coating pressing down gently.
