Irish Coffee

We just could not celebrate St Patricks day without having an Irish coffee.

Equipment

• Pour Saucepan with Lid
• Measuring cups and spoons
• Whisk
• Milk Frother
• Latte Glass

Ingredients

• 300 ml black coffee freshly brewed strong
• 2 tsp brown sugar
• 100 ml Irish whiskey
• 4 tbsp double cream slightly whipped

Instructions

• Pour the coffee into glasses then add in the sugar and whiskey and stir.
• Gently pour the cream over the back of a tablespoon to sit on the top of the coffee.
• Do not stir – drink the coffee through the cream
